Balance 70% payment
1) The Purchaser shall make payment for the quantity/material loaded in each individual truck, on a truck-wise basis, prior to the release of such truck from the Seller’s premises.
2) The Seller shall have the absolute right to withhold the release of any truck and/or material until the complete payment corresponding to that particular truck has been received in the Seller’s designated bank account and the same has been duly verified/confirmed by the Seller.
